David’s interview with Mike & Juliet
Wednesday, July 25th, 2007I don’t watch morning TV, so I never saw this when it aired. Take a minute and check out this clip of David Boreanaz on The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet (who?). He talks about a river of chocolate, tells maybe a little more than he should about his passion for/with his wife, how he works to keep his private life private, and touches on Season 3 of Bones.
I love seeing interviews of him - he looks so personalble, not like some celebrities that are untouchable…
Tamara gets hitched!
Wednesday, July 25th, 2007
Oh how I would have loved to have been there… Tamara Taylor and attorney Miles Cooley were married last month on June 10th on a Mexican beach. As reported, Tamara wore a red sari embroidered with crystals and beads. Looks like it was a beautiful event!
Congrats Tamara! (At least someone is getting married…)
Season 3 Panel
Tuesday, July 24th, 2007At a recent Fox press tour, the cast of Bones once again addressed the now infamous question - when will Booth and Bones finally get together? While this continues to be the question, maybe the bigger question should be if they did get together, would it hurt the show? Some viewers say no, others aren’t so sure. Whatever the writers decision, you can bet that it will be with the intention of satisfying the fans as well as the ratings. While it seems that those may go hand in hand, what would happen if the sexual tension between our beloved Booth and Bones went away? Well, I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what we get this coming season. Whatever it is, it promises to be good…
Thanks to BuddyTV for sharing the panel’s discussion!
“The show is just starting to tap into the relationship of these two characters.â€? Boreanaz told the attending reporters.
While the show may be in the beginning of tapping into the relationship, the chemistry has been there since the beginning and fans have been waiting for the moment when the mixture becomes too good to resist.
Creator Hart Hanson dashed any hope of the two getting together anytime soon, but at the same time expressed to need to use it, or lose it. “We want to keep them apart as long as we can without annoying the audience, and there are a number of ways to do that. There are certain steam valves you can use to relieve the pressure, and we plan on using every one of them. But it’s Season 3. We better see something.” Hart said.
Deschanel offered some speculation as to just when the temperature might reach the boiling point between the too. “We’re growing deeper of friends this season. We investigate a certain kind of fetish and it brings up a little sexual tension. They’ll be forced to face what we feel for each other.” She said.

Genesis Awards
Tuesday, July 17th, 2007TJ and “guest”
Monday, July 16th, 2007Why is it that every time I find photos online of TJ Thyne, if he’s with someone they’re always labeled as “guest”? Do none of them have names? Or is he just extremely hush-hush about his personal life? If so, good for him - I’m just curious!
Here he is, with guest, at the 21st Genesis Awards. (See previous entry about the Bones episode nominated for the Genesis Award.) And I’m loving the gold tie!
Oh, and just in case you were wondering, Bones won their nomination for the category of best Dramatic Series on television with an episode that “demonstrated the cruel means of slaughtering farm animals.”

Monday, July 9th, 2007Eric at the PRISM awards
Thursday, July 5th, 2007Yeah, yeah, I know I’m a little late with this, but what’s the big? Here are some shots of one of our favorite socially inept squints, Eric Millegan, at the PRISM Awards in April. The PRISM Awards is “a nationally-televised awards show recognizing the accurate depiction of drug, alcohol and tobacco use and addiction in film, television, interactive, music, video, and comic book entertainment.”
Oh, and check out those shoes!
Review of Suffering Man’s Charity
Monday, July 2nd, 2007Okay, so I haven’t seen this one myself, and from the clip I saw I probably won’t bother. However, I couldn’t help but notice that all the reviews I’ve read online seem to be leaning towards the unpleasant… Apparently one woman fainted, many viewers left the theatre, and some got sick. Doesn’t sound like a great film to me - and certainly not one I’d be interested in seeing!
Yet somehow Alan Cummings isn’t daunted by the controversey. He’s been quoted as saying, “How do you even faint in a chair?” Cumming asked. “Is that possible? I know someone vomited once. And perhaps people felt faint. I would understand that. And I kind of like it in a way; it’s like a fair ride. It’s meant to be scary, but you laugh afterwards.”
How about you guys - has anyone seen it and if so, what were your thoughts?

About Watching Bones
Who doesn’t love forensic anthropology? Okay, so maybe not, but throw in David Boreanaz and an FBI agent and former sniper along with Emily Deschanel as anthropologist-by-day and best selling author-by-night, as well as other awesome cast members TJ Thyne, Micheala Conlin, Tamara Taylor, and Eric Millegan, and you’ve got a mix for an awesome show. That’s just what you get with Bones. A crime drama that has great wit, great writing, and obviously a great cast; Deschanel’s character Temperance “Bones Brennan is socially illiterate, although brilliant, and balances out Boreanaz’s character Agent Seeley Booth as they work together to solve sometimes years-old murders.
Backed by the “squints at the Jeffersonian Museum, this team is unstoppable, but it’s the people and the relationships that really make the show. Don’t miss a minute of it!
