David’s rant, er, I mean interview
David, you know I love you, but couldn’t we clean up the language just a tiny bit? At a recent press tour hosted by Fox, David Boreanaz talked very (very) candidly about Bones, insisting that the show always has been, always will be, a “relationship? show, not a procedural show like so many other investigative-type shows on TV today.
David said, “I don’t give a (insert word) about who got murdered or who was murdered,” the smiling and very animated Boreanaz says. “Because this is a (insert word) relationship show between Booth and Brennan. It’s about your (insert word) friends, people you work with. That’s what interests me and that’s where this (insert word) series is going.?
As much as his statements are completely on the mark, I do wish he had been a little less adult-rated in his statements. Check out the full article, which also discusses a handful of other Fox shows for this season.

The only reason you even know what he said, is the fact that he said it colorfully. The art of the sound bite. In fact, the interviewer liked it so much, she also wrote a blog entry on it “David Bleeping Boreanaz”

Absolutely true - and the fact that he’s so passionate about his show is great. Just because I’m not into the language doesn’t make his statements wrong. And I checked out the blog you were talking about, the David Bleeping Boreanaz - it’s a good post. I agree with her when she said “It’s one of my favorite show, and David’s right: It’s a (insert word) good series.”
