Last week’s episode

priest-in-churchyard.jpg Is it just me, or is Booth’s psychiatrist full of it? When he reassured Booth and Bones that the reason they were having trouble working together had nothing to do with their feelings for each other and that Bones didn’t stay because of how she felt about Booth, well, I agree with Booth completely that he’s just trying to get them back to work! And Angela so busted him on it! How funny was that?

As much as I like the show, and as believable as most of the stories are, although extreme, I did find it a little hard to believe that a priest would allow such a disruption to his service. Passing out a mug shot of a murder victim just seemed too weird… but then, I’m not Catholic, so I guess I wouldn’t know what would be reasonable. But then, with Zach’s reaction to the priest and his comment about corporal punishment, maybe I’m glad for that!

Who doesn’t love forensic anthropology? Okay, so maybe not, but throw in David Boreanaz and an FBI agent and former sniper along with Emily Deschanel as anthropologist-by-day and best selling author-by-night, as well as other awesome cast members TJ Thyne, Micheala Conlin, Tamara Taylor, and Eric Millegan, and you’ve got a mix for an awesome show. That’s just what you get with Bones. A crime drama that has great wit, great writing, and obviously a great cast; Deschanel’s character Temperance “Bones? Brennan is socially illiterate, although brilliant, and balances out Boreanaz’s character Agent Seeley Booth as they work together to solve sometimes years-old murders. Backed by the “squints? at the Jeffersonian Museum, this team is unstoppable, but it’s the people and the relationships that really make the show. Don’t miss a minute of it!
