Michaela Conlin shares diet tips
The holidays are over and now is the time of year that everyone is making their new year’s resolutions. Most of those include some form of diet or health resolution; to eat better, to eat less, to work out more, etc…
Michaela Conlin along with Ali Landry, Giuliana Rancic, and Eva La Rue share their diet and exercise tips in a FoxNews article. We’ve all heard over the years that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It’s easy to skip out on though, considering most of us would prefer a little more sleep and make due with a cup of coffee on the go. However, Michaela has taken this advice to heart. Her personal favorite for breakfast is oatmeal and yogurt. She is also a big fan of juice.
She said, ““I recently got a juicer, and I’m addicted to juicing everything I can get my hands on — beets, carrots and celery? especially.”
With her work schedule being as crazy as it is, she also admits that she tries to eat more often during the day. (Eating more, smaller meals throughout the day sound familiar? That’s yet another health tip that’s become popular over the years!) Michaela talks about her 12-15 hour days on the set - and you just thought the 10 hour days were bad!
